The long-term aspiration behind all of this content
🏰 The Dream: A Real Academy of Brave Hearts
Beyond the books, workbooks, games, and coloring pages — the ultimate vision is a real-world therapeutic academy for youth. A place where children come to learn emotional intelligence, build resilience, discover their courage, and find belonging. Everything created so far is building toward — and could support — this physical space.
- A clinical space grounded in Social Emotional Learning
- Designed and led by licensed mental health professionals
- Using creative arts, storytelling, and play as therapeutic modalities
- A place where every child's unique "kind of brave" is celebrated
- Serving youth ages 3–12 (and potentially broader)

- Therapist/facilitator guide for using the books and workbooks clinically
- Academy branding package (logo, colors, signage vision)
- Business plan / funding strategy document
- Grant writing materials
- Website to represent the Academy publicly
- Parent/community information materials
Recommended Next Steps
A prioritized roadmap based on what exists and what's needed
🔍 Current Gaps at a Glance
- Books: The main "Quest for the Golden Shield" manuscript needs to be written (full 15-chapter outline, all 12 character profiles, and 3-act structure are already complete)
- Workbook: 6 of 10 sections are complete — sections 3, 6, 7, and 10 still need interior pages, then the workbook can be assembled and published
- Illustrations: 4 knight illustrations exist — more may be needed for the full book interior
- Game: Brave Hearts Academy GDD is complete but the Roblox game needs to be built
- Website: No public-facing Academy of Brave Hearts webpage exists yet
- Academy Vision: No curriculum, facilitator guide, or business plan exists yet
Priority Roadmap
Build the Academy of Brave Hearts Website
Create a public-facing webpage that introduces the universe — the books, workbooks, games, and the vision. This is your front door for parents, therapists, educators, and future supporters.
Finalize the Brave Little Knight Book & Workbook for Publication
The book content exists in the complete output file. Get it KDP-formatted — 4 illustrations already exist as cover candidates. For the workbook: 6 of 10 sections are already done! Just complete sections 3 (Story Journey), 6 (Empathy & Kindness), 7 (Write Your Own Quest), and 10 (Take-Home Activities), then assemble and publish.
Complete the Main Series Manuscript
The 15-chapter outline, character profiles, and story bible are all done. The next step is writing the full manuscript for "Quest for the Golden Shield" — this is the anchor of the entire universe.
Develop a Therapist / Educator Guide
Create a clinical companion guide that shows therapists, school counselors, and educators how to use the books, workbooks, and worksheets in sessions. This unlocks the professional market.
Move Brave Hearts Academy (Roblox) into Development
The Game Design Document v1.0 is complete. The next step is hiring a Roblox developer (or learning Roblox Studio) to begin building Zone 1 — Courage Cliffs and the Central Academy Plaza.
Formalize the In-Person Academy Vision
Write the business plan and program curriculum for the physical Academy. Identify funding sources, grants, and community partnerships. The content you've already created is proof of concept.
List Completed Items for Sale
